2_ Is there a time limit for passing the challenges?:
No. There are no time limits for any plans on the QMMFX server.
3_ Minimum trading days:
For single-stage and two-stage plans, at least 5 trading days must pass, and for Pro accounts, at least 2 days. This period is determined based on the opening of positions on the day, and if one position is opened on the first day and closed after 5 days, only one trading day is counted.
4_ After passing the challenges:
After succeeding in each stage, you must register a ticket, and after analyzing your account by our experts, you will receive a second challenge account or a real account. Be sure to close all open positions before the deadline. Open positions after the deadline are not acceptable.
5_ Daily Drawdown:
If the account equity exceeds the specified drawdown, the rules are violated. The daily drawdown is 5% of the initial balance of the day, based on the broker’s midnight time in MetaTrader. By right-clicking on the settings tab and choosing “Show period separators,” the daily drawdown is automatically calculated based on equity, and if any rules are violated, your account will be automatically closed. Therefore, if you cannot access your account, it may be due to rule violations.
6_Identity verification:
At the registration stage, an ID card (passport, national card, birth certificate) must be uploaded. If documents are not uploaded, the account will not be sent.
7_ Slippage and Widening Spreads:
During news, gaps, and extreme price fluctuations, slippage and widening spreads will occur, which is a natural issue, and Arken is not responsible for it. On Mondays when the market opens with a gap, if this issue causes rule violations, the trader is responsible. Also, if the widening spread at the beginning of the next day causes rule violations, Arken is not responsible.
8_Hedge and Martingale:
Martingale is allowed, but hedging is not allowed, and if detected, the accounts will be taken from you, and the account purchase amount will not be refunded.
9_Copy Trade:
Copy trading between individual accounts is allowed, and the individual’s documents for copy trading between accounts must be sent to support. Any use of robots for copy trading in the source account is against the rules and will be considered a rule violation. Any use of expert advisors, indicators, scripts, etc., that cause disruptions or delays in the broker’s servers or incorrect price display (accidentally or deliberately) will be considered a rule violation, and no amount will be refunded. Abusing the lack of slippage in demo accounts and making a profit from it is against the rules.
10_Fast Scalping:
From Arken Prop’s perspective, fast scalping includes trades under one minute. You are only allowed to withdraw 10% of the profit made through fast scalping in the real account. In challenges, you are only allowed to earn 10% of your profit through fast scalping. For example, for a 15k account, the target is $1200, and you are allowed to earn $120 of it through fast scalping. The remaining profit from fast scalping will not be counted.
11_Holding Positions:
You are allowed to hold positions over the weekend and at the end of each day.
12_Trading during News:
You are allowed to trade during news on all QMMFX server accounts. However, be aware that during news due to high volatility and widening spreads, there is a risk of losing the account with floating risk, and Arken Prop’s team does not recommend news trading.
13_Do challenge and real accounts expire?
Yes, if the trader does not trade for 30 days from the account creation or during trading, the account’s privileges will be revoked. Note that after passing each stage of the challenge, the trader has only 15 days to notify the support team.
14_How is total drawdown calculated?
The total drawdown is different in each plan, specified on the main page of the website. This drawdown is calculated based on the initial balance. If the account equity reaches the specified amount, the account will be automatically deactivated.
15_Prohibited Trades:
You cannot exceed 80% of the target in a single trade or multiple trades simultaneously to pass the challenges or make a profit in a real account. This action is considered a risk management rule violation, and the challenge account will not be accepted for passing the challenge or paying the generated profit.
16_Floating Risk:
The floating risk on single-stage and two-stage accounts is 3%, calculated based on equity, and based on the initial balance of the day. If this rule is violated, the system will not automatically deactivate the account, and it will be reviewed by experts during the challenge’s passing and account review. The 3% floating risk rule means you are allowed a 5% risk during the day, but you cannot use it in a single position or multiple positions simultaneously. It should be used as 3% and 1% and 1% of this 5%. If your simultaneous positions reach 2.99%, you should close the positions and are allowed to open positions again. If they reach 1.99% again, close them to avoid hitting the drawdown. So, if you intend to open multiple simultaneous positions, ensure not to engage more than half a percent per position. If all 3 positions simultaneously hit stop-loss, the account should not drop more than 1.5% to avoid losing the account. This rule also applies to the real account and is calculated based on equity and the initial balance of your day.
17_Profit Sharing:
Profit sharing in two-stage accounts is 80% for the trader, in single-stage accounts 70%, in initial real accounts 50%, and in Pro accounts 80%.
18_Arbitrage:
Any type of arbitrage between individual accounts or accounts of different individuals is not allowed and will be monitored. If done, the account will be taken from you, and no amount or profit will be refunded.
19_Changing MetaTrader Password:
Changing the password is against the rules, and if done, it is considered a rule violation.
20_ Number of Accounts Purchasable:
There is no limit to the number of challenges purchased. In real accounts, account merging is possible.
21_Account Growth Conditions:
Yes, the trader can request a capital increase of 30% if they withdraw profit for up to 3 consecutive months and grow the account by 15% of the initial balance.
22_Is Copy Trading Allowed?
The trader can only use copy trading between their accounts, and connecting accounts from different individuals is completely prohibited.
23_Account Refund:
In single-stage, two-stage, and Pro plans, after the first withdrawal, 100% of the deposited amount will be refunded along with the first withdrawal.
24_Profit Withdrawal:
Ticket requests for profit withdrawal should be registered on the 14th and 15th and the 28th and 29th of the Gregorian calendar month. The first withdrawal must be made at least 20 calendar days (for Pro accounts 15 days) after the first trade on the real account, and at least 5 trading days must be registered in this withdrawal period.
In addition to observing the 5 percent daily drawdown, the trader is obliged not to lose more than 3 percent of the account in one or more simultaneous positions. (Both balance and account equity) The basis for calculating this 3 percent is the balance before taking the positions. For example, for a 25000 dollar challenge and a balance of 25500 dollars, the trader should not trade in such a way that both the balance and the equity lose more than 765 dollars. Whether in the form of one position or a total of several simultaneous positions. If we see this, it is considered a violation of the rules and will cause the account to be lost. In the real account, even if the account is in profit and this happens below 3%, it will cause the account to be lost and the interest of the real account will not be paid.
